If Broadway Passport is a valid institution, why does it only have 8 Twitter followers? Has anybody purchased tickets from them? Were they valid?

I would suggest not buying tickets from them. The customer service phone line barely answers and they don’t issue refunds. I have an account and have run in with problems already.
