This is Broadway Puzzler #17 (The subject line can not be edited. Sorry 'bout that error on my part.
It's a lyric puzzler again.
This snippit of lyric comes from a song added to the film version of a Broadway musical. Name the song, the composer and lyricist, the score, the performer who introduced it on film. Bonus points for the director of the film.
"...Sometime the cabin's gloomy an' the table bare,
Then he'll kiss me an' it's Christmas ev'rywhere.
Troubles fly away an' life is easy go.
Does he love me good,
That's all I need to know..."
Yours for a better Broadway!
