In the shows I've been seeing, I've realized that (in MY opinion) the shows who have had replacement cast members come in have been AWESOME. For example-Talia joining Wicked, the replacement Queens in Six, Rob McClure, Bryce Pinkham, Brad Oscar and Lena Hall in Little Shop...I can't think of any casting that has not been great lately! Am I wrong?

You forgot Lea Michele in Funny Girl. Also a replacement.
