Didn't see it, but I've always found the name of the concert to be a misnomer or misleading. ''Broadway's Rising Stars'' isn't a showcase of the brightest new talents now on the Great White Way, as its name might suggest. It's a showcase of promising young performers from various musical-theater programs … who have yet to make their Broadway debut. Maybe if it were called: ''Tomorrow's Broadway Stars'' or something like that ...
