Thank you broadwayguy2. I know Radio City TECHNICALLY isn't, but some people count it as being a Broadway house since it is in that general area and it is the most know of the NY theaters. I am thinking about doing some research on Broadway theaters past and present for a project.

If you look in the "Best Plays of" published every season, they list all Radio City productions in the "Broadway" section.

That brings up another question for me. How big generally are off-broadway houses on average? Are they smaller in stage area or in seating?
A legit Off-Broadway house has to have between 199 and 499 seats. Most Off-Broadway stages are smaller than Broadway houses, but the Little Shubert has a big stage, and New York Theatre Workshop, where Rent began, actually has a larger stage than the Nederlander.
