Well, I think it will make it safer for pedestrians in Time Square...it does get to be a bit dangerous, sometimes. However, the Taxi and Limo services will probably hate it ={
I guess tourists will have to walk a bit from their hotels to get a Taxi, now.
Just hope this decision comes with an open end reversal, so if it does not work as expected, they will open Broadway back up.
