i guess some people will have to move on from bashing others for no reason and bashing poor Juliana sorry..but, im just glad they finally took it down. Some of those people were really mean
and the people in charge of the boards really never cared about fights that went too far.

Anyone's welcome here so long as they are within the limits of common curteousy to others even if they disagree with them, hate them, had their cat run over by them, etc. Troublemakers will be guillotined .

I am in actuality, not one of them. I was simply responding to a previous posting by said poster in a like manner. I don't view that as an attack, simply a less-than-subtle way to draw attention to the posters hypocracy. A pet peeve of mine, so sue me. By the way, wishing the death penalty upon me isn't very kind either. Is that your view of nice? Not mine! Peace and love.

No one was refering specifiaclly to you PPP. There are just have been some instances here that have a bit of attitude about it that are obviously brought by people from 'the other place'.

Velma, you don't really think we would let our beloved salon of wit, insight, and Algonquin-like banter vanish without creating someplace intimate for us to continue to let out hair down, do you? We worked quickly after the announcement and created a new list and as of today we're still laughing and having fun.

Broadwayguy2, your posting of the Joe Machota headshot was an amazing and awesome public service. Hubba, hubba! Grrrrowwwwwl! Yum, yum! WOOF! LOLOLOL. I'd drink a Starbucks Iced JoeMachota anytime! VENTI!!!!!

As an aside, I was at a comedy gala hosted by Carl Reiner on Sunday night in Montreal and he was talking about jesters. He said that comedians and funny people are the only ones who can possibly save us in these troubled times because they see what's wrong and they say it out loud in the form of humor. And they're the only ones brave enough to do it.

I think there is bravery, joy and cameraderie in humor... and that's why we quickly created another place to go to continue it. If anybody is interested in having someplace different to augment the larger and flashier BroadwayWorld experience, send me a private message.

BG, your "let's turn out the lights and lock the doors" and death penalty comments create an Us vs. Them dichotomy that really is the problem. Thank you Rob for saying that everyone is welcome.

Hey Namo-

As I said and will re-iterate, anyone and anyone is welcome to post here about theater, it's just personal attacks on other posters that violates our 3 simple board guidelines and raises up my blood pressure. I'd much rather spend time working on cool new features and additions for the site than having to closely monitor the board, so it's a win-win for all if we keep things polite and respectful. Anyhow, welcome to the site.

I'm enjoying the freedom to post here as myself, pati b, ordinary, long time, loyal ,theater patron as well as PB ENTERTAINMENT, which allows me to talk about reviews, interviews and my business, where appropiate and in a discreet way of course...a liberty I can't always excersize on the internet.

Grow up BG2. Your entire life was apparantly made into a living HELL on the other board and yet you were there FAR more than those of us who actually enjoyed it. Just save it already, it's getting so boring. I gave you some good advice there and I'll say it again here, quit tangling with the adults. You're way out of you league. Also, just for your edification (look it up) I never said I wouldn't post here. I go wherever Namo goes because I enjoy his intelligent posts. Now leave it be. Also, upon reading some of your other posts, I see that you were having major problems here LONG before Namo or I came along. How's that work? Maybe it's you? Dunno, just a thought.
