I was a little disappointed that the video was basically the same clips from the BWW video preview. Also, there were no segments of Jenn Gambatese singing. What does everyone else think?

it WOULD be great if they had a video that showed more as far as performers singing. maybe over time we'll get it, but hearing Jenn and Merle would be great! they were just as amazing as Josh!

Yeah, but it got kinda repetitive seeing monkeys swinging on vines...I get the point already lol. I wished they showed more of "Jane's" talent.

I would have liked to see more of the actors performances.

But the sets & lighting look incredible.

Was it just me or is Josh Strickland *incredibly* CAMP when being interviewed??????????

Oh and I loved the little kid

"This show is all about the loincloth, the dreads and flying in the loincloth"

So honest. I hope he goes far!

Oh I think he looks and sounds fab and was not making a negative comment. Apologise if it sounded that way!

I just was a bit surprised thats all. Oh and wish I knew him too....but not going into that! LOL

oh, i didn't take what you said that way! i won't lie, i was surprised when i met him (which was seriously a dream a year in the making haha)... some have based their opinions of him as Tarzan on what they saw in that interview. he's so good in the role!


and yes, Daniel was funny in the video. i saw him go on as Young Tarzan and he also did a great job !

Thats a bit narrow minded of people then!

You cant judge someone by an interview as the actor rather than their performance on stage. No way would Disney cast someone as the title role who was not convincing 100& in the role. You may see the show and then not like it or his interpretation but to write him off cause he is the wrong body type or whatever seems a bit short sighted.

from the reviews i saw, most of those who HAVE seen the show like Josh in the role. he may be skinnier than what you've always pictured, but he totally pulls off the look by the way he moves. and his voice really is amazing.

When the young man said that "The flying, the dreads and the loincloth" are what every show needs, I turned it off. A really poor video.

Yeah get a grip its an 8yr old who clearly has his finger on the pulse of things better than most. I would be disturbed if most 8yr olds tried to launch into discussions of subtext when clearly the coolest things are the loincloth, flying and dreads
