re: Broadway fan accused of thefts to buy tickets, flowers for stars

OopsGotCaught joined today and his/her only post (as of now) was the following.

OopsGotCaught: "In case anyone is interested, Jennifer Smith was a frequent visiter of BroadwayWorld.com and made posts under several different names, mostly using "Spooky" and "Bunchamuncha"."

Maybe it's me that's finding something odd and a bit spooky about that.

Wow. lol I haven't been to these boards in a while, but my friend linked this discussion in a blog because we know of Jen Smith and her crazy sh*t prior to today/yesterday. Though I didn't know about the embezzling. (sp?)
All I can say is...It's about damn time. That girl is a friggin phsyco; and believe me, Ms. Chenoweth already knows about the crap this one has pulled.

According to a poster on the previous page- Jennifer did have names on BWW including "Spooky" and "Bunchamuncha."

Some of her posts were quite...interesting.- Especially now knowing 'who she is.'

Edit: In fact, the first 2 posts in this thread were both her. https://forum.broadwayworld.com/readmessage.cfm?boardname=bway&thread=848423#1004774

re: Broadway fan accused of thefts to buy tickets, flowers for stars

weird...
"The reason given by the box office was that she is filming a movie and they won't "allow" her to perform.
I've never heard that one before, sounds like someone is choosing film obligations over concert performances. Most films don't shoot over weekends and I'm sure they'd allow her to oblige a previous committment. She probably just got paid more to work with Robin Williams."
" You just really don't seem to like her, huh?

"While it's disappointing she won't be able to do the concerts, at least there's enough advance notification.
I called the box office, they just said they couldn't really verify a "why" just that no more tickets will be sold for the event and that letters would be going out on what to do with the tickets."

she posts under 2 names and argues with herself? she is a little messed up...just a little

That's okay, she can just go back to faking cancer and be in prison hospital.

Oh, did I forget to mention she has faked cancer? Yes, yes she has.
It's even mentioned in this other news report (God this day just keeps getting better and better):

In her LJ (comment):

"Hello Jen Smith -
I am currently starring in Wicked, and I would so like to know why we are no longer getting bags of free loot from you!

Jennifer Love Hewitt was here the other night in all her SavageBeauty - we had an interesting conversation about you. She's spoken to Kiki. They are considering co-writing a screenplay based on cancer faking closeted lesbian stalkers from Jersey.

I regret that you were banned from all theatres showing Wicked. I was hoping to snag a prada bag from you before that happened..."

JEN SMITH HELD WITHOUT BAIL

It's funny, the only one who doesn't seem to generate 18 million threads is Jennifer Laura Thompson. Which I'm actually thankful for, I mean I love Kristin, but some of her fans are a little, eh, obsessive.

This was a post from her in the following thread....uh, yeah, some of her fans can be obsessive JEN SMITH HELD WITHOUT BAIL

From the original Live Journal of Jen Smith

This was posted under the now defunct LJ account of BunchaMuncha, aka JEN SMITH

"Lesson's I've Learned
I've learned that you cannot make someone love you.
All you can do is stalk them, hope they panic and give in.

As absurd as that statement is, it's kind of true. I call it the Julia Roberts syndrome. You watch her movies, you feel like you "know" her and if she met you, you'd be best friends. OR... you will wind up in jail, on the front page of the papers and pray that Catherine Zeta Jones doesn't show up in court and use your own derangement as a publicity coup.

I'm still amazed at the fascination with celebrity. I have a nurse who is just blown away that I could know "famous" people. She'll come in and I wonder if I don't give up some sort of info, she'll with withhold my precious IV. Today's tidbit was that Kirsten Dunst "double dips" when eating chips and salsa. Sometimes it's tough to come up with mundane things that will satisfy someone curiousity while at the same time protecting the privacy of someone who is your friend. I don't envy famous people. I'm intrigued as to why some people are famous (like Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher...what do they do that they are photographed so much???)
and sometimes what they actually do is fascinating. Like I want to go to a recording studio. I want to play with all the buttons. I just want to see how it is a song is recorded. And not the MTV behind the scenes look. I want to see that it takes 10 hours to record a song and then be told that you still have to work on it. I don't know why...it's just some insane curiosity I have with process.
Like movies, I've been on sets and watched 20 seconds of screen time take 2 days to film. I'm kind of satiated now, don't need to go to a film set anymore. I get bored. In some bizarre way, I don't want to find it fascinating anymore. I want to view my friends jobs as just that, work. Does that make any kind of sense??
It's like my friends when I send them loot. They can't comprehend how it is that I just get Gucci bags sent to me en masse. There's a whole process behind it. I wish I could say that along the way I've made friends with some of these PR folks, but I keep my distance because I know it's a business.

Now can someone please give me some more pain killers...having cancer is not all it's cracked up to be. "

From the original Live Journal of Jen Smith

This is one of MY personal favorites from Jennifer Smith's live journal. Let me boldface the REALLY funny parts.

-------------------------
"Being mean for the fun of it
I can't stand groupies. In my former life I must have been pursued or something that I have such a deep despise for it.

Maybe it's just having worked in the entertainment industry, I feel bad for people who are so devoted to someone they don't know, or who shows them what they want to see. And I'm forgiving to the age of 20, after that...you should be checking out boys. And have you ever noticed, it's always the women that get stalked, adored, worshipped, by other women? Why is that? I'm sure there's a chapter in some psychology book somewhere.

So I decided to be mean. Why, b/c someone was bugging the **** out of me, harassing me b/c they didn't get a photo with someone which was somehow my fault. The scariest part is the lil freak called my office where our not-so-intelligent admin freely gives out email addresses. Then again, they're not hard to guess. But still, that's retarded.

So I had a friend who's an attorney send a threatening letter telling them that if they didn't remove all the copyrighted photos from their site, it would be shut down. The email exchanges were hysterical. So HA HA photo portion of the site is shut down. And just for giggles and laughs, you will remain on the Esq. tickler file in case you send me one more god damn email to my office. All this while I'm being held hostage. But I get to go home by the weekend...just in time to get my sis' cookies for turning 34...she better make 'em....(HINT) aiiiggghhhttt

Confession...being mean was kind of fun. I'm goin to hell."

this is what becomes of being obsessed with Wicked.....

That line had me rolling. Too true, Elphaba. However...I can understand a teenage fan like this but a woman over 30? Yikes.

Thanks for posting that, Becky! Here's another selection from the thread you found. And if y'all want to see more of her handiwork, don't forget to check out Bunchamuncha and SavageBeauty; both are Jennifer Smith Bwayworld creations.

FROM THE THREAD BECKY POSTED:

Spooky

You're way off on that. It's entirely possible for other people to ruin something you liked. Especially when other people talk about it constantly and then drag in every aspect of the actor's lives into it. It's called overexposure.
Have you never changed your mind about anything?
I for one enjoyed wicked, but it's not my every waking thought of the day and just the headlines of some of these topics make me cringe. It's become the show that teenyboppers flock too and then have to come here and report every aspect of it.
That does take away from it a little bit. Because you see so much of it that it's the last thing you want to talk about.
The therapist comment was a little uncalled for, perhaps you should see one for anger-management issues.
