Did anyone happen to video tape this ? I'd gladly pay for a copy.
I posted a more detailed review on another thread. I don't have a video copy, though. Sorry.

is the seatle rocky horror gonna be the new broadway version??

I doubt. Seattle is a 2000 seat proscenium thetare. They might have it designed to be based on and adapted from theose designs, but I highly doubt it.
For the Millie segment:
Emily Rozek sang Jimmy
Terry Burrell sand Only in NY
Cheyenne Jackson sang What do I need w/ Love
Megan Campbell sang Gimme Gimme
and there were 2 people w/ 1 camera taping the show in front of me so I'm assuming there's a copy somewhere out there. Just have to find it...
I have a friend who is good friends with Cheyenne (though I have never met Cheyenne myself). She has sung his praises for several years and is THRILLED for him.

I was there:
Brent was wonderful as usual. The man who played Jimmy was outstanding. I hate to say it though the understudies both Blond and pretty were horrible compared to Sutton.
The woman who sang Jimmy was better then the woman who sang Gimmee Gimmee. It was off key and really hard on my ears.
I was impressed with the woman from Rent! Wow! What a voice.
I have to go and see her in it.
Mandy was very talented and the number from Aida was impressive.
I was throughly depressed that Sutton did not make it.
But the man who played Jimmy was as good as Gavin and better looking. He was breathtaking.

Is Maggie the one who plays Maureen? She was great.

Yep. Maggie is Maureen. pretty white girl with the curly blonde hair. I believe she wors a red top that day.

Thanks. Thought so. Frenchie Davis was good as Joanne I thought. I heard she understudies the role.

Yes. Frenchie plays Mrs. Jefferson and others (she sings teh solo in Seasons Of Love) and she is one of the Joanne Jefferson understudies.

I couldn't help but notice Corine's new photograph. It makes her look far more mature, doesn't it? Too bad she was obviously nursing a toothache when she had it taken.

You forgot the fact that Jessica Grove is in that picture. I love that girl. Crystal clear, soaring soprano, dances like a dream, gorgeous, and a total sweetheart to boot.

I loved that book when I was younger. Sadly, I am not in NYC now, though if I was, I would have been first inline. Peter Deiwick, who also played Sky in the Toronto production of Mamma Mia and was this reading's Gilbert, is a gifted up and comer as well.
I am just waiting for Jessica to land a starring role again. that girl was without out a doubt the saving grace of The Wizard of Oz tour (her and a lot of The costumes) -- only actress I have seen in the role who sang an Over The Rainbow that ranked with Garland's ( I have the cast recoding -- I listen to Jess sing that song often). She was actually up for the role of Sandy in Grease! at Paper Mill.

I'm not sure as to how old he is, but he is one BIG boy -- 6'3" and 195 lbs.!
Also, today was his final performance in the Millie ensemble. He will be knockin' 'em dead with those looks and that voice in Seattle as Rocky in RHS September 16-28.
Yes, I am looking forward to seeing those production photos on his site... so sue me.
