I don't know sites, but Verizon has a option called "Get it Now" and it has all kinda of ringtones to d/l...including all sorts of "real tones" of Rent, Hairspray, Producers, Phantom, Ave Q, and more and more :)

i was just looking actually- they offer tons of ringtones but not many MP3 or 'realtracks' (as they call them)-just wicked and a few spamalot ones.
"talent is wanting something hard enough to work for it" - my drama teacher :)
