As reheased, the big flexible venues have advantages, in terms of both space and economics. I think we just might see some tightly drawn plans approved pretty soon.

Here's hoping. I'm all for theatre coming back in a safe and progressive way. These large scale venues are going to be the first step towards indoor seating, which we're going to need soon, as it's getting too cold to do outdoor theatre in most of the country.
