I was in B Dalton today and they have the companion book to the PBS series for sale. I have already added it to my Christmas list. The cover price was 60 so..

AND before I get fussed at

I havent been on in a while and I have no clue is foeone posted this already, and the search didn't show anything for it either.

i saw the book last night. from what i read it was a cool book. very interesting. its on my list as well

I saw it the other day. It weighs AT LEAST as much as the cover price! It was a beautiful book.

What exactly is in the book? Is it basically just what was said on the PBS series or is it something completely different?

My theatre history teahcer at NYU wrote the book. He's a master of Broadway!
