I was just wondering if anyone has ordered from them online. I've been to the store and always had great service. But recently I ordered from them online and only recieved half my order but the invoice had the correct order. And I was never notified of not having items in stock.

I have had terrible problems. My order was damaged and customer service really stinks. I have found some better websites for theater stuff.

I just got off the phone with them, they said they'd send me the missing merchandise...but the guy was very short with me on the phone, he said he'd put it in the mail and I said thank you and he just hung up. I've learned my lesson with purchasing thru their online site.

Well, I love them. I've had no problems with them. They're fast and reliable.

I ordered a Grey Gardens poster from them a few days ago and got it no more than two days later. Must be hit or miss with them.

They aren't espeically fast around Christmastime. If you order around that time, you're bound to be dissapointed. I ordered something right before Christmas and got it nearly 2 weeks later. I still got it though. I was happy about that. Any other time of the year is fine though

I also ordered a GG poster from them and got it two days later. Very fast and reliable.

I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

I have also had problems with them. I actually ordered from them twice. I just couldn't find the same stuff anywhere else. The first time it took a really long time to get my order, at least five weeks. The second time I only received part of my order but was charged for everything I ordered.

I've ordered most of my stuff through them, if not aval. at the show. I've never had any problems. One time they sent me the wrong magnet, I called and they fixed it, no problem.

I agree what are these other sites??

I decided to order four items from them: two magnets, GG tee, and GG mug. I received it the date it was estimated to arrive via FedEx. I was worried it wouldn't be the right stuff but it was packaged well and I got everything.

How do the posters come? I am thinking of getting some from them.

TLKfan posters come in a almost flat box. They don't roll them, which is what i was worried about.
