Hi All!
I am hoping someone can please help me with an issue I am having with tickets for "A Bronx Tale." I have 6 tickets for tomorrow evening's performance (3/21) 7pm. I bought them at the Longacre Theatre Box Office in person over a month ago with a discount code. The discount also included a "Winter Weather Guarantee." That if there was bad weather tickets would be exchanged no questions asked. Well, tomorrow we are going to get hit with the 4th winter storm in a month. There is no way I am going to get my my mom and her elderly sisters out in the snow. I live in CT.
I called Tele-Charge, just for some assistance, and they said I have to deal with the theatre directly because that was my point of sale. No problem. But I can't get to the theatre or even in touch with them. I do not know if I need to contact them before the performance or if it is ok days after to exchange?? I just can't lose out on these, it's a family thing.
Does anyone have a direct phone number to the Longacre Theatre Box office? Or have any other suggestions on how to get my questions answered?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for the suggestion. I just called and they told me that even though I bought them at the theatre box office directly that Tele-Charge would have information, they didn't. So I am still hoping! Let's try them again!

I just tried tele charge and the customer service line and they have been busy for the last 30 minutes. I am sure I am not the only one with this issue. Gotta love the Northeast! ![]()
