Well I said last Sunday that I could hardly wait to see Brooke AGAIN in Beauty and the Beast...So I did not wait...Went again last night.She is truely amazing.What an incredible and touching performance.
This was the first broadway show that I had ever seen.Took my daughters to see it 10 years ago (for what was to be a 4 month limited engagement).Susan Egan was just great.All of us fell in love with her and the show.It also was the start of our love of Broadway.
A few years later we went back an saw it again...Kind of disappointed that Susan was gone.Replaced with someone named Kerry Butler.Wow! Reinforced our love for "Beauty" "Broadway" and now we loved Kerry and Susan.My daughters knew then that this was what they wanted to do.
Now we returned to see it again.Can not possibly say enough about Brooke`s performance to do her justice.She is amazing.She is Belle.She has re-energized Beauty and the Beast.Now ...look out "Cats"...Have now seen her twice in the show.Can say definately that we will see it again as we already have tickets for the end of October.Am also looking at other dates in the future.
If you always wanted to see this,now is the time.If you have already seen this,now is the time to see it again.
Lastly...what a wonderful person Brooke is.To see her at the stage door with the fans...young and old alike.To watch as she picks up a little girl dressed as Belle and hugs her...Tears all over the place...Inside the theatre and at the stagedoor.
Be kind to yourself...go see Beauty and the Beast.
Brooke we absolutely love you.You are 2nd to none!!!

i saw brooke as belle wedesday night, and loved her performance. i wasnt crazy about her going into the show but she was really good and i enjoyed her performance. i love the way she sang a change in me

I thought I got my picture taken with Belle at Disney World. Turns out, I got my picture with her outside the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre.

scottwalker, you are so right!!!!! Brooke's performance as Belle makes me want to keep going back to see Beauty & the Beast! Haven't had pictures taken with her yet, but next time!

crazyforpenny...very jealous here.You got to see opening night.See that you are going back on 10/24...We will be going back a couple of days before you...Can Hardly wait...The show is so fresh and exciting again.Brooke is wonderfull !!! ENJOY !!!

I just wanna say one more time how much it suck that I finally went to see this show for the first time with CCR only a few days before she left the show. I waited 10 years to see it but not one more week to see a good Belle. hmmmmmmmmmmmmm *sigh

What can I say about Brooke ... well.. she is absolute AMAZING!!! I loved her as Belle (and as Brooke of course :), she's definitely the best Belle I have every seen! She had me in tear.. ok so its not the fist time that has happen (actually, there seems to be a pattern forming there :-P lol) but now, I wouldn't want it any other way! Anyway Brooke is Absolutely amazing and I will be seeing her in the role again a few time.. you guy should follow my lead and take everyone you know (at separate times :). This Disney Prince is all that a Princes should be! The folks at Disney would be fools if they don't hold on to her for as long as they can!

I loved the show but I also really enjoyed watching her at the stage door ... she was so sweet to all the little kids and you could tell they where sooo happy to meet Belle and the way she acted with all of them was absolutely like a dream come true to a little kind.. if I had meet Belle when I was 4 and she kissed me on the for head it would have been like the best thing to ever happen to me.. and you can tell thats how all the little kids feel.. but what I saw even more so was how Happy Brooke was to be doing what she was doing.. I really think out of all the people at the stage door she was the happiest girl there! I think that's great and I'm soooo happy for her! She deserves it so much and I hope she does get to live every little girls dream of being a Disney Princes for a long time to come!

Yes,that is one great interview with one of the finest people that you will ever meet.The pictures are pretty fantastic also.Real nice shots of our new Belle.Brooke is a classy lady.Easy to see why her dad is so very proud.She makes me cry...I`m proud of her too.

Excellent article. One minor correction, she is the 3rd Belle from CT. Besides Christy Carlson Romano, Christianne Tisdale is from CT as well.
