Bruce --- has he changed the show?

A friend saw Bruce Springsteen on Broadway and said it is much different from the show I saw a year ago. Can this be? Has Bruce changed the show or is it virtually the same as it was in the beginning? Anyone know the answer?

The setlist may vary by a song or 2 (depending on whether Patti is with him that night), but for the most part it is the same. Reports are that is has gotten 15-20 minutes longer since it opened, but much of that is additional spoken material. You can see the actual setlist for most performances at the link below.
