Hi everyone. Due to an unexpected death, I can't make my show. Id love to able to reschedule or get a refund somehow but Im not sure if this is at all possible this close to the show. Will the box office make an exception for something like this, especially if Im out of town? I understand if they don't, but I figured Id ask here first as I don't want to waste my time calling if its not going to get me anywhere. Cant sell the ticket either since it needs to be picked up at will call. Thanks in advance.

If they can't refund/exchange I'm sure they'd allow you to change the pick up name at will call if you did want to sell it.

My family had a medical emergency and they refunded us our tickets. Just had to call Hudson directly and then the customer service rep put in a claim for me for approval, notified me the next day that I was being refunded
