Bway, hope you're having a wonderful time in Madison and rehearsals are going well.
I WISH, WISH, WISH I could be there to see you in it. I'll be thinking of you.
Maybe you can sing a few of your songs for us when you get home. You know which one is my favorite.

It's such a fun, fun show and I'm having a ball learning this role...and, let me confess, I'll STILL be learning this show long after the run is over!

one more self-serving bump for you midwesterners in spitting distance of Wisconsin. My midwest debut in "the Last 5 Years" begins tonight on the main campus of UW in Madison in their beautiful Music Hall. This is a professional theatre company just beginning their first year and, I must say, given the challenges of a first year company (budget, space, budget, money, budget), this show is absolutely amazing. Great set, lighting, an AMAZING orchestra and the best-sounding Cathy I've ever heard.
Oh, and me.
