CAROL BRUCE???

Does anyone know what happened to Carol Bruce? I saw her in her Broadway debut, LOUISIANA PURCHASE, and thought she was wonderful. I used to bump into her on the street in the 1940s, but I have not seen her in over 50 years. Very classy and polished, but she never had a sterling career.

Any news about her?

The last time I "saw" Carol Bruce, she was playing Gordon Jump's mother on WKRP. That, however, was some time ago...

Miriam, according to IMDB she kept fairly active in TV through the 80's and 90's. But not too much info after 2000. She still seems to be with us, but slowing down. Bless her heart.

Saw her sing Bill at a party at conductor Don Pippin's in the late 70's.

I saw her in a show in London in the late 70' called (I think) the Great American Backstage Musical which was something like Dames at Sea.
