Went afiew rows back to get the isle because leg room is horrendous in that Rear Mezz

Does anyone know if Roundabout will exchange tickets like Telecharge and Ticketmaster will? Some more tickets were released for my performance and I would like to get the better seats if possible. Thanks in advance!

I’m going to say yes because they were going to exchange my ticket for a new date but said there would be a $15 service charge to make the exchange happen. I’d assume this is the same if exchanging for new seat at same performance.
