Hmmm. Usually I scream at it for little while. Than I tell the Mac, "Hey, man! I got you because the PC was a piece of ****. Now you are trying to act like the PC!"

Then after trying to eject the CD for a while I shut down the computer, turn it back on, and eject the disc.

I am pretty sure Macs respond to human tirades...as long as you give them love afterwards.
