Don't worry. I'm sure it'll go on tour. Just like La Cage is going to. I can't remember the company doing the La Cage tour but I know it's announced. As for people saying Chitty isn't able to tour because of all the sets...uh, what about the UK tour that's going on RIGHT NOW!
Good cause I wanted to see it...after I listend to the music I became a BIG fan and I haven't even seen it yet.
Oh well
That's sad for all those involved.
Hope they go out with a bang. Ahh...bad joke alert
The show really wasn't that great. You're not missing much. It has a lot of talented people in it, but they're overwhelmed by what is essentially a massive theme park attraction masquerading as a theatre set.

It is always sad when a show closes because so many people are suddenly out of work...but the show just wasn't that good. I wish producers would start taking chances with good material instead of putting all their money into junk. Anyway, I wish all the cast and crew members all the best.
