Like most Sondheim scores, it's fascinating to hear the out of town version, but I think in Company's case even more than the recordings of Follies and Night Music out of town. With those you get different songs, like Foxtrot and Uptown/Downtown for Follies and Bang! and Silly People for Night Music, but Company seems to have far more little changes within songs, and full on structural changes than either of the other two.

I've heard all of the unused songs before, but never the entire show in its pre-Broadway state, so this will be interesting. I just like to have as much sense as I can of where the Company I fell in love with came from.
