I was wondering if it were possible for me to by fringe tickets in person somewhere or are they online only?

You can purchase them at FringeCENTRAL, 54 Crosby Street, between noon and 8PM.

You can also get them at the theater starting 15 minutes before the performance.

That's good to hear. I don't have a credit card and I don't wanna miss out on some of the shows that I want to see.

You can always get them at the box office, but if it's a really hot show with some buzz, buy ahead of time. You can almost always get in, but for those one or two clear faves best to buy ahead of time.

For Vote I am going to ask if I can use my parent's credit card and by them back with money out of my paycheck.

You can buy them in advance without a credit card. FringeCENTRAL accepts cash and (I believe) check.
