Posted: 3/22/10 at 10:01amA girl who I went to French Woods with last year posted in the French Woods monthly newsletter she appeared in a workshop of Captain Louie that apparantly MTI produced. Any additional info on this?

Posted: 3/22/10 at 10:12amI've only heard about the workshops in NY that preceded the Little Shubert production (I saw one workshop and the production). The show was really dull, for some reason - surprising, given the quality of the book and the songwriter. Although it was discovered later that Schwartz did not work closely with the book writer or director. That may be why the project felt so lifeless and unfocused.
