I got a kick out of this when looking at the "Carousel" discount offers. All of these pull quotes are from the original production! Or at least no production in the past 60 years or so. All of these esteemed critics are no longer with us. Reminds me of what David Merrick did for "Subways are for Sleeping." Very clever. Does anyone know if the cut songs are actually listed in the program? I had read that the reprise of "June" is. That could account for some folks not noticing the missing the songs quite so much if they see them in the program. I hope they might, at least, be on the new recording.
