Cast Members from Mary Poppins Perform to help children living with HIV and AIDS

On December 13th at 7:00 p.m. the Award winning cabaret series Cabaret Cares returns for one more performance in 2010 with Cast members from The Hit Broadway Show Mary Poppins. T. Oliver Reid Hosts the evening at The Laurie Beechman Theatre at The West Bank Cafe.

Cabaret Cares is a monthly cabaret series that brings together some of the best Broadway and cabaret performers from New York. The evening benefits Help Is On The Way Today a non for profit organization that helps children living with HIV and AIDS in New York City.

It's difficult to find much concrete information about the Help Is On the Way Today charity, even on its own website. Does it basically help out one specific residence? The organization's website doesn't seem to reference this benefit at all.

The organization works with Clinics and Hospitals in Harlem, the Bronx,Brooklyn,Manhattan. They assist children living with HIV and AIDS from new born to 21.
