Casting musicals in... the afterlife!

Let's assume there's an afterlife... Okay?

In another thread, I mentioned a desire to see Phil Hartman as Officer Lockstock in Urinetown, and it got me thinking...

Now we all know that in said afterlife, Zero Mostel has done a run in the Producers musical. But who was his Leo?

So, who would you cast in the afterlife production of any given show?

I'll start...

THE PRODUCERS:
Max: Zero Mostel
Leo: Donald O'Connor
Roger: Paul Lynde
Carmen: John Ritter (Could he sing? I like to think so.)
Ulla: Madeline Kahn
Franz: John Belushi

Anyone else want to give it a go?

I don't know, but the Madeline Kahn was great. I adore her.
