Cat on a Hot Tin Roof

I know this website is mosty devoted to musical theatre which I totally love, but what did you guys think of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof? I saw the show and knew nothing about it; never even saw the movie. I thought that Ned Beatty and Margo Martindale as Big Daddy and Big Mama were so great, but I have to agree with most of the reviews that said Jason Patrick and Ashley Judd seemed a bit in over their heads. I still liked the show a lot though just because the play is so well written and the supporting chracters are so great. Just curious...

Sherman, I did a search on this topic and found 40 separate messages including your post of earlier today. The earliest were back in July. There are any number of posts from folks who have seen this production and the earlier one in London. You might find that helpful.
