Has anything been announced yet regarding a rush policy for the show? I'd love to see it if I'm in the city for spring break and need to know whether I should order my ticket before hand or if I'll be able to get it the day of. Thanks for any info you can provide.
Cheers,
Christopher

I just got back from the box office.
I got there at 9:25am. There was one guy ahead of me, who got there at 9:15am.
We were the only two waiting!
I was surprised that there weren't more people.
My seat is Right Orchestra Row A, seat 6 (third seat off the aisle).
$26.50.

So by the time 10 a.m. rolled around, you were the only two? Also did B.O. person say they were selling rush for every show, or just based on availability?
Thanks.

Rush is for every show. There is a sign at the box office.

I don't think so.
I highly doubt A6 is partial view.

Hey, WannaBe! I actually was the other guy waiting there. Nice meeting ya :)
I really thought there would be more people, I woke up early (which is a BIG deal for me), picked up breakfast and ate it in line. I got there at around 9-15ish.
My seats are row E, 19 and 21. From the seating chart they don't look like great seats but after seeing APPLAUSE in the nosebleed seats at City Center, I think it'll be nice to seat somewhere close to the stage. I'm pretty excited about seeing the show tonight, I stayed an extra day in the city so I could watch it, can't wait. The idea of Anika Noni Rose as Maggie makes me salivate.

I was totally going to ask if you were on BWW.
I should have.
Nice meeting you!
Let's say hi again tonight.

Posted: 2/12/08 at 3:51pmHey Guys could you post your review after you guys return tonight?
#14re: Cat on a Hot Tin Roof Rush?
Posted: 2/12/08 at 5:01pmYes, please post reviews. I am so jealous that i can't see the show till March. I was going to buy tickets ahead of time, but if rush is going to be like this I may risk it.

The seats were obstructed.
My seat was audience right, and on the stage -- stage left, there is this bar (alcohol bar) that blocks much of the set in the center, stage right and most everything upstage.
Thankfully, I moved to an empty seat in the front row center before the play began.

And my seat was partial view as well and since I was with a friend I couldn't move next to the first row seat next to Foster's

Posted: 2/22/08 at 11:55amI'm planning on doing rush for tomorrow's matinee... does anyone know if the "Crowds" have accumulated for Rush since previews started? Should I get there particularly early?
