The show, which will star Norbert Leo Butz as an FBI agent who tracks down con man Frank Abagnale Jr., will open on Broadway in the spring.

Unless the article has gotten edited since this was brought up, he never says that Butz is Abagnale.

And I do find the In the Heights comment obvious that he doesn't like the show. It's amazing that we're so worried about state of theatre and trying to keep the form going and he is hoping and praying that an original musical with a wonderful score and heart gets booted.

There is nothing more fascinating that watching a show in trouble find it's way. Remember, everyone thought "Forum" was hopeless with hundreds of changes needed...but all they really needed was a new opening number and suddenly everything else was fine. It's a very inexact art.
