Catherine Zeta Jones as Norma Desmond in 5-10 years time?

Watching and listening to CZJ in Little Night Music got me thinking. If there was to be a big scale revival of Sunset Blvd (or even a movie version actually)they would need these days a name to sell it. I actually think CZJ (admittedly im a fan) would be a good option in 5 to 10 years time, am I alone in this? (quite possibly!)

Rumour has it Idina Menzel has been in talks with Andrew Lloyd Webber about playing Betty in the film.

Someone brought up a good point in one of the recent Sunset threads that Norma shouldn't be that old, since back then someone who was in their 40's or 50's would already be "faded"

Personally I like the CZJ idea and think she won't have to wait so long.

Exactly, Norma is meant to be 50, at the absolute most.
