Cell Block Tango "tribute" on Passions

Anyone else see it on Friday? I didn't think it was bad. It was about a 6-7 minute song and dance number called "I Ain't Sorry." Pretty catchy, and much more than a passing similarity to Cell Block Tango. In fact, they said "She had it comin'" many times. It took place in a women's prison and featured three of the soap's stars. Several Broadway performers in the chorus made it that much more entertaining.

Of course, Passions is a pretty out-there soap, so some of it was a little crazy...like the old woman dancing with her walker (reminds me of The Producers or A New Brain) and a monkey. Updated On: 6/28/03 at 05:17 PM
