Chances to win 9 to 5 lottery??

Has anyone done this lottery recently? I'm thinking of trying for it tonight and I know they give out 38 tickets which seems like a nice number but was wondering if anyone has done it recently and knows if a lot of people are showing up for it.

It's pretty easy to win but don't fold your ticket. Me and three friends were playing it on Tuesday and only one of us was picked, the one who didn't fold his ticket. And only about 7 people total didn't win including 3 of us.

I went to help a friend a couple of weeks ago. We needed two tickets and ended up with about 8.

I tried the lottery last Thursday night with two friends, and it was crowded. None of the three of us won. I was told that the seats are in the first 10 rows on the side and are considered partial view. He added he has sat there and the only thing you miss are some entrances and exits.

You also miss the projections (I only know there are projections because people who have seen the show from full view have told me :))

I think part of the popularity of this lottery is the fact that it starts later than all the others and folks who have lost say, In The Heights or West Side Story can go try their luck at 9 to 5.

I tried with two friends this past tuesday and none of our names were called .

none of us folded our ticket things.

I went on 5/16 and they had 8 tickets left after the entire thing was done.

I won the May 17th matinee lottery. There were about 10 people who didn't get tickets.

Don't fold the slip of paper that you write your name on to enter the lotto. The guy who picks was purposely not picking them.

Just wanted to say thanks for everyone's replies! I did win the lottery last night. There were quite a few people there that got turned away. My friend and I put out tix in at different times, she did at around 6:05 and I put mine in at 6:25...I was third name picked. Hers wasn't.
I thought the show was so much fun. All 3 girls were amazing, but Megan really had Doralee down!

He actually said that? Then he should be telling everyone not to fold it when they enter.

Is it still the same price it was when they were rush seats?

He didn't say not to fold it or that he was purposely not picking them. It was just extremely obvious.
