Charlie and the CF seating question

Planning on buying tickets for this show when we visit in May. Tickets are on sale now for the performances when we are in town. When I look at ticketmaster for tickets, they don't have a single seat available in the mezzanine for purchase. Does this sound correct? Are they holding tickets back perhaps? I looked at the matinee for May 17th. For fun I looked at tickets for 2 weeks previous on the Wednesday matinees and same thing, not a single lower mezz ticket available. Should I call ticketmaster directly? Was thinking of trying to get 1st row mezz tickets as I have read the theater is quite cramped.

The theaters not at all cramped compared to most Broadway houses.  The mezz might be sold on Wednesday matinees because they have large school groups that reserved tickets.  I've sat everywhere in the orchestra and there are no bad views.
