What’s the cheapest charley tickets I can get? Rush? Or TKTS? For a Sunday afternoon.

Rush will be less expensive, if you don't mind a partial view.  TKTS will most likely be $75 for Best Available.  It's there pretty much every day.

Rush tickets are the cheapest. $40

Yes, rush is cheapest BUT if you need more than 1 ticket you are NOT guaranteed 2 seats together.
