Cheapest way to see Hairspray?

What is the cheapest way to get good orchestra level seats for Hairspray? I live in the NYC area and I am not a student. Are there discounted tickets available or do I pretty much have to pay full price?

Try the lottery for $25 front row seats. Names are collected starting three hours before the performance, and are called a half hour later. On Sundays, names are collected starting two hours before the performance. You can specify one or two tickets, and anyone can enter the lotto. I believe there are 24 seats. And if you lose the lottery, there are some pretty good discount codes on Broadway Box or you could make a trip to TKTS after the drawing.
