....for being particularly friendly and helpful. The staff was very courteous to the audience members and were able to prove that their number one priority is the customer. They have their hands tied with the partial view situation and try very hard to help everyone out. My seat, somehow, was upgraded before I even set foot into the auditorium. If that can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
