Looks like he's starting a tour!

According to his newsletter (I assume on his website too):

Thanks to YOU, the response to my album "In Search of High Love" has been overwhelming - so overwhelming that I have come to the ultimate decision that requires me to take a leap of faith to push this album full speed ahead!

I am happy to announce that on October 18th 2008, I will launch a series of performances in New York, Seattle, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.

I am also announcing my departure from "Shrek, The Musical". Thanks to DreamWorks for allowing me to originate the role of Donkey for the world premiere in Seattle. I am looking forward to future projects with DreamWorks as well.

The first show is dedicated to my fans and friends and the economy, so in other words it's FREE! Come out to BAM on October 18th at 8pm and be a part of this Liberation Celebration.

Anyone going? Does anyone know what Brooklyn Academy of Music is like as a venue?

well theres two 3 diffrent venues at BAM..but I guess he will be in the smaller section (which name escapes me) upstairs..It a chill place like an intimate little jazz club sits abotu probly 100-150 maybe i could be wrong
