The Broadway star struts his stuff in ''The Other Side of Hollywood,'' a knockout number on ''Julie and the Phantoms.'' He plays Caleb, a ghostly nightclub owner, in this new Netflix series. Small world: ''Julie'' is directed by Kenny Ortega, who choreographed the 1980 movie of ''Xanadu''; Cheyenne starred in the 2007 Broadway musical of it. (Ortega also won an Emmy for ''High School Musical'' and directed & choreographed the original 1992 ''Newsies'' movie.)
