Is it the Broadway revival version, or are they doing something else? Because I saw the Norwegian 2002 production, and it was all like "we're gonna do our own version of this, and it's gonna be so good" and they just ended up copying most of the costumes and the set (or lack thereof). The only thing that was new was the choreography. The whole thing was actually a bit embarrassing to witness.
But please, let us know how it was!

Posted: 4/27/05 at 2:58amIt's the Broadway's revival version. Not sure who the director is, but I've herd they got him from NY. I know one of the cast member played the same role she is playing here in London.

Roxie will not be played by a black woman. it would've been cool to see it, but I guess the producers weren't adventerous enough. Even in a country where the vast majority of the population are black.
