I am trying to book tickets, there are LOTS of restricted view seats especially up close....trying to figure out where to sit and what to do with seating...of if the Rear Sections are really that far
Never been to the theater nor know the show
Thoughts, suggestions?
Thanks!

I sat in the third row of the mezzanine in a restricted view seat and I saw everything. It was a great seat. I wouldn't suggest the balcony though, it's super high up. Dress Circle would probably be great for this show. What's considered limited view in Chicago theaters actually isn't bad at all.
I've sat in the restricted view orchestra seats in rows B and C. They're not a bad view, but I already had seen the show several times before that, so I can't accurately tell you whether they'd be okay for someone's first time at BoM. I don't think you'd miss any major plot points or seeing any characters for a significant amount of time, though.
I sat in restricted view mid-orchestra all the way to the side and felt like I didn't miss anything. I think you should be fine but there's always that risk.
