What? If that were the case, then they wouldn't rotate at all.
Besides, children learn faster and retain better than adults. I remember the opera pieces and musical theater songs I learned as a child as if I learned them yesterday, even if I haven't heard them for years - just a little snippet will bring them right back. I can't say the same for a lot of music I've learned as an adult.

That is their reason for rotating, even if it isn't necessarily true. I have a good friend in a NY show that rotates the children for the reason I stated...I don't necessarily agree with the motive, but that's the reason for their decision with her show.

But if they're worried about them forgetting the roles if they're not playing them regularly, how does it make sense to rotate?
Vivino is listed in IBDB as "Ensemble" for LEGALLY BLONDE, and like I said, the updated Playbill has it listed in her bio as an upcoming job. That's all I know, but it does sound like it's possible that she's back in it.

Ah, gotcha. Now it makes sense, thank you. Although there are supposed to be understudy rehearsals weekly once the show officially opens, so you'd think that would take care of it.
