Earlier today, after reading this thread, I submitted a listing correction on Amazon.com pointing out that, reportedly, no Original Broadway Cast recording has been made of CCBB. I just checked their web site listing and, lo and behold, they actually made the correction and took the "Broadway" out & now list it simply as "Original Cast Recording".
This thread & message board has taught me a lesson: don't be naive and believe everything I read on Amazon.com (as well as on other merchants' web sites). Thanks guys/gals! You saved me some $$$ as I would have purchased an OBC version (I am a Raul Esparza fan) & then I would have felt really cheated.

Posted: 10/16/05 at 2:23pmwow there are so many threads about this, its so confusing! I don't think Chitty would be closing soon? When I went over the summer- it was pretty packed. I would actually like to go again!! =-D If it continues to do well they wouldn't consider making a cast recording?
