Not too hard- just keep your eye on the clock and enter as soon as it hits 10am.
Did this last week and got excellent center front-row mezzanine seats, after a few failed attempts when I'd enter a few minutes past 10 (like 10:10am). Good luck!

I think mine were AA112 and AA113. Mezzanine, front row, smack dab in the middle. My friend and I were very happy with the seats.

The key is to hit the app at exactly 10:00 AM. At 10:01 AM, all the tickets are usually held by to others waiting for them to check out.
I did rush for this show on January 27. I got the first row in the orchestra center. Really close to the stage, but the stage is so high, I was looking up the entire show.
