Posted: 11/16/09 at 12:28amWas "And..." released on any physical CD edition of this cast album? I know it was offered online through some sellers as an mp3--but sadly it hasn't been in Canada. Anyone know how I could get a copy? (and anyone beyond frustrated when cast albums do this? it's one thing to have a demo as an mp3 only bonus track, but to have a never before record, even if very short, song released this way, when it easily could fit on the physical cd?)

Posted: 11/16/09 at 12:41amI think it was Rhapsody that had it, of all services even. You can't even get it there anymore. It was a really poorly-handled idea, especially given how easily it could have been put on the CD (and really, should have been).
