Christine Baranski Joins the cast of ABC's "In The Game"

Christine Baranski is the latest addition to ABC's midseason comedy "In the Game." The actress joins Jennifer Love Hewitt, Ed O'Neill and the recently announced Alyson Hannigan in the Touchstone TV series.

The comedy focuses on an aspiring sports television producer (Hewitt), who inadvertently becomes an on-air star. O'Neill is set to play the executive producer on her show, while Hannigan will play the best friend of Hewitt's character. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Baranski is set as a senior reporter on the show.

Last seen on NBC's short-lived "Happy Family," Baranski won an Emmy and was nominated for four others for her supporting work on CBS' "Cybill."
