Christmas: Hairspray, Glitter and Zombies

So it's Friday...!!
Last day of term today, got a whole 16days off..lucky Christmas: Hairspray, Glitter and Zombies
We had our Rock n Roll show today, a big Christmas show, where theres loads of different dance acts, singers, musicians etc, and 6 judges (teachers) judge it (like Strictly :P )

We did a version of Thriller...that half way through turned into You Can't Stop the Beat..zombies doing Hairspray...genius!

And well we went on to win with 60/60!!
What's everyone else been up to today?

I finished my exams on Wednesday so was meant to have yesterday off, but I had a trio rehearsal for the christmas concert at 10, and a picno lesson at 2:30 and senior choir at 3 so I had to hang around ALL day when I dshould have been at home! But the concert was great and I'm on holiday now =D

We did this weird carol called Sir Christémas, and Locus Iste, and a year 7 did the first verse of Once In Royal David's City, and we joined in for the rest, and we did the obligatory O Come All Ye Faithful, every year it gets madder and madder..the organist is so weird lol. (This sounds like my school's really religious haha, we just get the church next door for free and they have a grand piano so we always do it there =) )
I Loooooooooooove holidays!

re: Christmas: Hairspray, Glitter and Zombies

Haha, ive somehow adjusted my body clock to require less sleep. A levels manage to do this, working for longer, sleeping for less. Great!

You got a performance tonight?

Frickin' school kids, with your "posting in the middle of the day", and your "got two weeks of doing absolutely nothing". ;D

I miss when I used to look forward to school holidays. Now I dread them. re: Christmas: Hairspray, Glitter and Zombies Ah well, *I* can go to theme parks in the middle of the week when all the kids are at school, so I guess it balances out. re: Christmas: Hairspray, Glitter and Zombies Although I still have to fight pensioners for the good seats at midweek matinees...

My weekend is particularly thrilling. Got work, and a carol concert, and we're having Chinese tonight. Oh, and there's this bunch of weirdos going to see a show, thought I might think about possibly popping along for that...

Ahh another freelancer feeling the oh it's Friday so what feeling...

Still as it's Friday and the phone call I've been waiting for all week went well I've decided to have a Pizza so I might as well call this evening my office Christmas party...

Right I'm off to photcopy my arse then try and get off with myself in a supply cupboard (alright my wardrobe (and I don't have a photcopier...))

I had an overloaded festive Pizza at a work-related event this afternoon and now I'm home eating indigestion tablets.

I'm seeing August: Orange County tomorrow afternoon and then meeting the same bunch of internet and theatre geeks that Weez refers to.

Awh George, you crack me up...big style :)
so everyone excuse him, it's hard to type one handed and in a wardrobe re: Christmas: Hairspray, Glitter and Zombies

My work Christmas meal was amazing...i think i spent £10 on food, and absolutely nothing on drink. Its great being the only under18 at work, because they all offer to get me drinks, cause i can't get them myself...man it was cocktails galore re: Christmas: Hairspray, Glitter and Zombies

im being sober tonight, im not drinking til christmas eve, cause then i won't feel as guilty!

re: Christmas: Hairspray, Glitter and Zombies

It's alright I've done up my trousers and I'm out of the wardrobe. (Though I can't believe I turned me down again.. every year...)

Why would you feel guilty if you drank before Christmas eve?

Oh so fetching Samuel re: Christmas: Hairspray, Glitter and Zombies
I saw Twilight today. One word - FANTABULOUS!
Sexiest men EVER! hehe! It really was brilliant, cinematography was just stunning, all the distorted shots, the sets, the lighting, it was a stunning film. What makes it a thousand times better is that we went in a pink limo!!!
Campest vehicle ever meets our somewhat gothic yet amazingly brightly coloured friendship group! Oh the contradiction!
(That and we were seeing a movie about vampires! lol!)
