Christopher J. Hanke Interview

I like how he comes off in this interview. Is he good in the show? He looks pretty good on the clips.

re: Christopher J. Hanke Interview

I saw that yesterday, and it totally made my day.

Christopher is excellent in In My Life. I thought that he was great in the role, which is very hard to play. When I saw it for the second time the audience went nuts over him after I'm All Right, and they really liked him. He is terrific in the role, and everyone should get out there and see him in it, if only just to see him and not this erm interesting show.

Even if this show sucks, I'm so glad he's getting his chance at the spotlight. I LOVED him in The Full Monty and Big River (though BR by itself bored me to death).

Yum. What I would give to see him do THE FULL MONTY.

He did a good job on race-paced dialogue mixed with Tourettes outbursts. I think there is no tongue twister this guy can't handle. Plus he has a nice singing voice and is likable onstage.

re: Christopher J. Hanke Interview

Is his last name pronounced "Hank" or "Hanky"?

Curly-haired men and Broadway have a special, unwritten arrangement.

re: Christopher J. Hanke Interview

I always thought it was "Hank", but at Broadway on Broadway the announcer pronounced it "Hank-y".

re: Christopher J. Hanke Interview

you know whats really weird about this video? there are different clips depending on which browser you use! i have firefox on my comp and internet explorer was on there when i got it. there is a really short clip for firefox where it shows them singing a ride on the wings (whatever its called) and then it ends with chris singing a song. on the internet explorer one, its much longer. ride on the wings is sort of like a voice over and it shows other songs and dialogue and it even showw chiarra belting a line or 2. its really weird. and man after seeing these i really wish i lived in NYC!!!!
